Description
Rotek cartridge filter are manufactured using an advanced melt-blown spun fibre technology with FDA approved 100% virgin polypropylene to provide a high surface area, high water flow and low pressure drop compared with conventional manufacturing techniques. The polypropylene construction provides high chemical resistance and is not degraded by microbiological activity. Rotek cartridge filter elements are suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial applications where low to medium flow or high sediment loads are encountered.
Rotek FOPP filter elements do not add taste, odour or colour to the filtered media. Filter elements are a nominal 63.5mm (2.5″) outer diameter with a 25mm (1″) inner core. Standard lengths are 254mm (10″), 508mm (20″), 762mm (30″) and 1016mm (40″) to fit most housings without additional end gaskets. Standard ratings are 1, 5, 10 and 20 micron (nominal) with special orders available. Filters are also available in 30″ and 40″ lengths and there is a choice of either double open-end filter element construction or a range of filter end cap types with gaskets, locating fins, and industry standard “O” ring seals to suit most single and multi-element filter housings.
