ACAL pH Neutralising Calcite Filters

ACAL series calcite filters may be used to treat RO permeate waters to improve taste as well as provide a pH neutral water stream.  Most systems are used with filtered water sources where backwashing is not required.  Where suspended solids are present, we recommend an automatic control head to periodically backwash the media and remove trapped suspended solids.



ACF Automatic Carbon Filters

The Rotek AC automatic backwash carbon filters use high capacity activated carbon media to remove chlorine and chlorine based sanitisers, tastes and odours from feedwaters. Feedwater enters the filter through the control head and is distributed evenly across the media bed via a specially designed diffuser.

CD4000-II Series Ozone Generators

Ozone is a rapid acting and highly effective oxidising agent with superior sanitising properties to more commonly encountered sanitisers such as chlorine and peroxide.

Ozone is widely used for sanitation of processed or packaged water, ice manufacturing, pharmaceutical and personal care product formulation, iron removal from bore waters and small community drinking water plants.

Our CD series ozone generators have been in production for over 15 years in many industry areas.  They are part of our modular ozone systems which include dry air preparation systems, stand-alone oxygen generating feed systems, dissolved ozone monitors and controllers, ambient air ozone monitors and portable ozone test photometers.

Chemical Dosing Pumps – BT-MA Series

The BT MA/AD series are Analogic-type manual solenoid driven dosing pumps with a range of
flow rate and injection pressure capabilities. The BT MA/AD offers a dual range selector for
very precise adjustment below 20% of design flowrates. The simple and intuitive design makes it an ideal pump for use in a wide range of applications.

Chemical Dosing Pumps B3-V and BH3-V

Peristaltic pumps are typically used to pump clean/sterile or aggressive fluids without exposing those fluids to contamination from exposed pump components. Some common applications include pumping aggressive chemicals, high solids slurries and other materials where isolation of the product from the environment, and the environment from the product, are critical.

Chemical Dosing Systems-Etatron DLX series

DLX series chemical dosing pumps offer a wide choice of models to suit most applications.  Models run from a base manual version through to integral pH/ORP/Chlorine dosing systems with options of ON/OFF or proportional control with hysteresis and delay functions. DLX pumps include a HRS (High Rating System) feature providing flexibility for operators to select pressure and flow rates.  An example of this flexibility is with the standard 5lph @ 7Bar pump having flexibility to deliver between 4lph @ 10Bar and 24lph @ 1Bar

Chemical Dosing Systems-Etatron PKX series

Etatron PKX series chemical dosing systems are used where a measured amount of a chemical antiscalant or sanitising agent such as liquid chlorine is required to be added to a feedwater stream. These simple to operate pumps are solenoid driven, simple to use with high quality components and compact dimensions.

Chemical Storage Tanks

The ST series polyethylene storage tanks are used as part of a complete dosing system and provide a stable base for mounting the dosing pump and chemical level sensor in a single, compact unit. Tanks are fitted with a drain valve to simplify periodic cleaning and chemical formulation changes.

Cluster Filter Housings-TK series

Multi-element stainless steel cartridge filter housings provide a simple, flexible and convenient method of combining cartridge filter elements into a single pressure vessel to achieve high flow rates and efficient removal of suspended solids from feedwaters.

CNX Automatic Sediment Removal Filters

Clino-X filters use a processed and graded mineral zeolite filtration media for sediment removal above a nominal 5 microns.  Clino-X tri-phase media has a high suspended solids loading capacity (up to 1.5 times conventional multi-media and 2.8 times that of conventional sand filters) to extend periods between backwash cycles and reduce water consumption.  Clino-X has an additional capacity for ion-exchange to remove a range of contaminants including ammonia, iron, manganese, copper, nitrate, arsenic, arsenic and free chlorine.  Total ion-exchange capacity is 30,000ppm per kilo of media and the media may be regenerated with a brine solution.

Deionisation Systems – Resin Exchange

Exchange deionisation systems provide a simple, flexible and low capital cost means of producing low conductivity water either directly from a mains feedwater supply or as polishers for reverse osmosis systems.

Deionisation Systems-Automatic Type

Deionisation is an ion-exchange process for removing ionic contaminants from a feedwater supply.  The process passes feedwater through a cation-exchange resin bed followed by an anion exchange bed and, in the new TBR series, a final polisher stage to produce low conductivity water with low content of dissolved ionic species.  The cation resin is in the hydrogen form and is regenerated on demand with hydrochloric acid.  The anion resin is in the hydroxyl form and is regenerated on demand with sodium hydroxide.

Deionisation Systems-Electronic/Continuous Type

Electro-deionisation systems 100 to 36,000 litres/hour. Rotek commercial and industrial scale EDI-XL/XLM electro-deionisation systems are a cost effective means of producing high purity water on-site without the use of chemicals and hardware associated with ion-exchange resin based systems.
