Deionisation is an ion-exchange process for removing ionic contaminants from a feedwater supply. The process passes feedwater through a cation-exchange resin bed followed by an anion exchange bed and, in the new TBR series, a final polisher stage to produce low conductivity water with low content of dissolved ionic species. The cation resin is in the hydrogen form and is regenerated on demand with hydrochloric acid. The anion resin is in the hydroxyl form and is regenerated on demand with sodium hydroxide.

The BT Series is a wall mounted dosing pump with analogue and microprocessor control. It has an aluminium body with two layer epoxy coated paint and a control panel protected by a transparent polycarbonate cover.

DMI-65 media is widely used for removing iron and manganese from these contaminated feedwater sources.
Clack bottom stack distributors are designed for top mount water softeners or filter valves. They consist of ABS segments held together with stainless steel screws, facilitating easy backwashing to remove fines. These distributors can accommodate various riser pipe sizes, which can be solvent welded or threaded directly into the stack without assembly.

Clack top mount hub and lateral systems are designed for 14” – 36” diameter fiberglass mineral tanks with 4” – 6” top openings, ideal for top mount water softeners or filter valves. They feature an ABS hub and 8 PVC slotted laterals with ¾” threaded adapters.
